Tubers and Root Vegetables Creamy Mash2018-03-20

This is a healthy and tasty mash done with four vegetables instead of one.
It accompanies any meat or poultry and almost fulfills your quota of “5 a day”!
You can also use turnips, Jerusalem artichokes and celeriac.
- 2 medium size: potatoes, parsnips, sweet potatoes and carrots
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 4 or 5 tbsp of double cream
- 1/2 tsp of white pepper
- Salt, to taste
Wash, peel and boil the vegetables with some salt and the garlic clove. Drain when cooked then put back in the pot with the rest of the ingredients and mash as long as it needs to make it creamy.
