    Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the onion until lightly colored. Add the chopped Swiss chard, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry until the chard is cooked. Remove the chard from the skillet, spread on a serving dish, and keep warm. In the same skillet, heat the chickpeas briefly, then season with salt and pepper.

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the mashed garlic and spread evenly over the chard. Top with the chickpeas, drizzle with chili oil, and serve with flatbread. If you don’t like chili, substitute with sweet paprika and olive oil.
