    On parchment paper, brush the melted butter all over the puff pastry sheet on both sides.

    Sprinkle the caster sugar all over the puff pastry sheet on both sides. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Fold the pastry from opposite sides until both sides meet in the middle. Slightly press the sides together and slice into approximately 1/2-inch pieces.

    Place the pieces cut side up, a few inches apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Before baking, gently press down on the cut pieces.
