    Preheat the oven to 190°C. Arrange the seasoned potato and onion slices in a large baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, place the marinated lamb chops on top of the potatoes and onions. Bake for another 30 minutes, or until the chops are nicely roasted.

    Remove the tray from the oven and evenly drizzle the sauce (lemon, garlic, rosemary) over the top. Return to the oven for about 5 more minutes. Serve with green vegetables or a salad.
