    Fill a large pot with enough water to generously cover the ingredients. Place over medium heat, add the lentils, Swiss chard, potatoes, lemon juice, and spices. Cover and bring to a boil.

    Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat with the olive oil and onion. Sauté until translucent, then add the minced garlic and chopped coriander. Sauté briefly, then stir into the boiling soup. Season with salt and simmer over low heat until the ingredients are tender and the soup has thickened. If too thick, add more water. Taste and adjust seasoning and lemon juice as needed.
