In a pan over medium-high heat, fry the onion in the olive oil until slightly browned. Add the garlic, celery, cabbage, and carrot and stir-fry for a few minutes. Then add the sausage slices, diluted chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, and all the spices. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Add the drained lentils, mix to combine, and continue simmering for another 5 minutes. Taste and add salt if needed. Serve hot.
